At PC Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most hardware and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PC Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Tech Hub

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
